Where to watch Super Bowl LVI in Atlantic City

the superbowl in Atlantic City is quickly becoming one of the city’s annual flagship events. This year’s Big Game is the first time in town 43 years of gaming history where thvery casino in town has a sportsbook for viewing and betting.

Last year, the Atlantic City Super Bowl was (kinda) moderate due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and the resulting restrictions.

Expect a very different experience in 2022.

The opening shot of Super Bowl LVI between the Cincinnati Bengals and Los Angeles Rams is 6:30 p.m. to Sunday February 13.

Here’s a quick rundown of casino events for this year’s Super Bowl in Atlantic City. For more details, visit the casino websites or call sports betting directly.

Bally’s Atlantic City Hotel and Casino

With the opening of the FanDuel Sportsbook last spring, Bally’s joined the other casinos in town with a permanent sports betting lounge.

the FanDuel Sports Betting includes a 25ft wide LED video wall flanked by two 10ft wide LED video walls. Five betting windows and 20 self-service kiosks will be open to players.

A reservation of $50 per person guarantees a place for the match. Guests also receive a $50 food and beverage credit. Must call ahead.

Hotel Borgata Casino & Spa

The 8,000 square feet BetMGM sports betting and bar has high tables, U-shaped banquettes and VIP seating to watch the game on a 40ft wide LED wall.

Advance reservations are required.

Looking for something to do during the day? the BetMGM Big Game Party begins to 11 a.m. at the bookmaker and adjoining Level 1 cocktail bar and lounge.

Caesars Atlantic City

At 15,228 square feet, the Caesars Sportsbook in the wild west wild casino Caesars Atlantic City is the largest in the city.

Watch the Super Bowl in a private cellar or in a VIP area with catering. Or grab a pint (or a few) off the beer wall while reclining in an oversized leather chair.

A DJ provides pre-match and half-time entertainment.

Make reservations online or contact the casino.

Golden Nugget Atlantic City

The sports book in Golden Nugget is often overlooked due to its size.

The small space actually has over 50 screens, five video walls, and a handful of self-serve betting kiosks. The lower ceilings provide some of the best gaming acoustics in any AC book (just my opinion).

The Sportsbook also has one of the best beer bucket deals in town.

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City

Fans can watch Super Bowl LVI throughout the facility, including Hard Rock Sportsbook and Lobby bars. Special drinks ($5 Bud Light or Coors Light and $8 Bloody Marys). Look for themed drinks representing Bengals and Aries.

If Super Bowl props are your thing, the betting windows will be open.

There will also be an exclusive Big Game Watch Party for Wild Card Reward members to Hard Rock live at the Etess Arena. The game will be shown on a giant 18-foot by 32-foot wide LED wall in the center of the stage, two 10-by-19-foot wide LED side walls, and eight additional 70-inch TVs.

Harrah’s Resort Atlantic City

Super Bowl Swim Party at The pool after dark will be a perfect 82 degrees at kickoff.

Exactly what everyone imagines when thinking of Atlantic City in February, right?

General admission tickets are $50. VIP areas are also available. (Bring your bathing suits anyway).

The party starts at 5 p.m. and continues until 3 a.m.

Go online to buy tickets.

Ocean Casino Resort

Sports betting at the Ocean Casino Resort is arguably the busiest place in Atlantic City on Super Bowl Sunday.

Do not worry. The ocean is a big property and there are other places to watch, such as Top Golf Swing Suite.

the Big Game Hotel Package includes one night’s accommodation, $50 beverage credit and admission to a viewing party at Nola’s Bar & Lounge.

Casino Resorts

the DraftKings Sportsbook at Casino Resorts is another place that fills up quickly on game day.

Punters can use one of nearly a dozen self-service kiosks in and around the sports betting site.

DraftKings Sportsbook, Bar somewhere at 5 o’clock, Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, LandShark Bar & Grill and Bar one all have drink specials and will show the Big Game.

Tropicana Atlantic City

Tropicana Atlantic City, which also houses a Caesars Sportbook, is hosting a special Big Game night for Caesars rewards VIP. However, this one is an invitation-only event.

For those who haven’t made the guest list, there are other options. Chickie & Pete, located a short walk from the sportsbook, offers a $65.99 all-you-can-eat menu with beer specialties.

A’Dam Good Sports Bar and mermaids will have the traditional NFC package priced at $86.99 and the AFC boneless package for $72.99. Both include 50 traditional or boneless wings, 1 pound steamed or buffalo shrimp (blue or ranch cheese options included).
